At Namasté Yoga Studio, your health and safety, and that of our own, are our top priority.

We want to extend our continued appreciation to all of our clients and students. As our current students know, we are still here and continue to follow our Class Schedule, Monday through Saturday, livestream on Zoom.

While continuing to keep ourselves informed of current events, we also are staying educated and up-to-date through COVID-19 trainings. And you know what? Right now, it simply doesn't feel responsible to return to a studio setting. Returning right now feels awfully forced.

Please know this: We hear you, and take into thoughtful consideration and appreciate the valid concerns many of you have expressed to us about returning right now. We are also most grateful to know of your contentedness with classes livestream on Zoom, as we practice together and wait patiently to return.

So, please don't worry, and rest assured that, when it is the right time to return, we will each know it: Not only will it feel appropriate to do so, it will be appropriate, too, for ALL of us. Now more than ever is such a beautiful time to look more deeply into ahimsa.

Until then, we are here for you, as we continue to move forward into our Fall Session and are looking so forward to it!

With gratitude,
Namasté Yoga Studio

"Ahimsa (non-violence)...entreats us to live in such a way that we cause no harm in thought, speech, or action to any living being, including ourselves. In its pure form, ahimsa is the spontaneous expression of the highest form of love—an unconditional positive regard for everyone and everything."

Mindful Trauma-Informed Yoga
Clinical Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Yoga Program

About Us: Our Studio provides the benefit of small group classes and individualized attention and our class instruction is intended to gently build strength, increase flexibility and range of motion,  as well as to compassionately support the student, as they begin to experience how the practice of Yoga and meditation can beneficially contribute to ones overall physical and mental well-being.  In addition to working with each individual's specific needs, all of our classes include Yoga that is therapeutic, for the care of the back and spine.

Welcome! To ensure that the student’s needs are being met most appropriately and effectively, students newly contacting the Studio or enrolling in class(es) will have a phone consultation with Gianna, to ensure that they are placed in a class which will most appropriately meet their needs. Understandably, not all group classes are appropriate, nor comfortable (for a variety of reasons) for every individual, and a student may prefer a private class setting to guide them in their practices, in the most supported way.

Professional Recommendations
"I refer patients to Gianna and have been continually impressed with the outcomes my patients see, both physically and emotionally. Gianna is someone who is knowledgable of the human body and takes care with each person, as an individual. She takes into consideration each person's specific needs and strives to tailor the Yoga experience to the individual. Her studio is "come as you are”, and each person is welcomed equally, regardless of their Yoga experience, size, or shape. I was new to Yoga myself and took several private sessions with Gianna. She was patient, kind, and was a key player in my own physical journey to manage a herniated disc with leg pain. Yoga, combined with chiropractic care and rehab exercises, continues to offer management of my symptoms of what can be a debilitating condition. I would not hesitate to recommend Gianna."

Student Testimonials
"I was medically retired from the Los Angeles Police Department, after nine years of service, due to injures I sustained from an on-duty traffic collision. I have had multiple spinal surgeries and years of professional physical therapy; however, I still suffer from debilitating back pain. For some reason, which is still unknown to me, I did not want to try Yoga. Last year, I called a local Yoga Studio to tell the owner my story. I was recommended to Gianna for private sessions. I am so thankful I found Gianna. She has helped me in such a profound way. Yoga has proven to be the most effective way I can "reach" - and thus manage - my chronic pain. My only regret is not starting my Yoga practice earlier."

- John R. • Newman Lake, WA

"I was referred to Gianna by my chiropractor, whom I would see on a weekly basis. I drive thousands of miles each month and have been in pain for years. Sometimes, I could not get out of the car and definitely didn't want to turn, twist, or even sneeze without bracing myself. At the urging of my chiropractor, I grudgingly set up an appointment for a private session and was pleasantly surprised that Gianna listened first and then patiently helped me with the basics of Yoga. During the past six months, Gianna has helped me move at a pace that is appropriate for me and although I wasn't aware of it at first, I have not had to visit the chiropractor in three months and feel better than I have in years. Gianna's practice, grace, and nurturing have been a Godsend to me. Thank you again for everything you are doing."

"Your practice, spirit, teaching style, warm & nurturing studio have contributed significantly to my well-being over the last 6 months. When I say "thank you" at the end of each class - I mean it!"
